Contact form submissions
When you contact us through a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional), enquiry type and message.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, follow up on related questions and understand what support or information you might need.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running The Link Lab CIC and responding to people who contact us.
Expressions of interest
When you complete a Register Your Interest form (for example, about The Linkmaster’s Dilemma, a workshop or a pilot), we collect your name and email address. Some forms may also ask for optional information about your role or organisation.
We use this information to keep a record of your interest and to contact you about relevant opportunities, pilots or updates you have asked to hear about.
Lawful basis: your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us.
